The “Semi-Manual Bracket” is an upgrade for the Moccamaster that allows you to eliminate the stock plastic dripper and use a Hario v60 or other pour over cone. The brewing performance matches that of the stock dripper—it will make delicious coffee—but without lingering coffee oils or microplastics. The system gives you more control your brew to get better coffee bed saturation—by rotating the dripper and allowing access for stirring the slurry.

You can also take your dripper off and make a cup of pour over coffee—keeping your options open between semi-manual and full manual.

• Designed for the KBGV Moccamaster model, fits the KGBT/KBT (Thermal) as well.

• Designed for Hario drippers, but would likely fit others. We recommend the Hario v60 size 03 to brew the Moccamasters’ max capacity of 1.25 L, a cork adapter to get it to fit properly is available for pre-order here. Does not fit Creano XXL.
