A complete system for upgrading a Moccamaster to eliminate brewing plastics and increase coffee control.

The Semi-Manual System:
The Bracket (in stock and available by itself here) - a powder-coated bent steel bracket that allows you to use a wide array of pour-over drippers.
The Dripper Stack (in stock around early July 2026) - the bracket, a size 03 glass Hario v60, a custom cork adapter that allows you to brew up to a full 1.25 L of coffee. Package of 100 Hario filters included.
The Carafe (in stock around late August 2026) - a custom borosilicate glass pitcher with a cork lid. This will only work with the Semi-Manual Dripper Stack, not with the stock Moccamaster dripper. The carafe also works with our accessories for the Slow System.
About the System:
The Moccamaster coffeemaker has been hand made by the company Technivorm in the Netherlands since 1968. It’s widely known for making great coffee—and because of the modular design, parts can be easily swapped, repaired…and modified.
The “Semi-Manual System” is an upgrade for the Moccamaster that allows you to eliminate the stock plastic dripper and carafe and instead create a “semi-manual” coffee system. The brewing performance matches that of the stock dripper—it will make delicious coffee—but without lingering coffee oils or microplastics. The system gives you more control your brew to get better coffee bed saturation—by rotating the dripper and allowing access for stirring the slurry. The corked carafe allows you to trap the heat when you’re done brewing, and bring some beauty to the breakfast table.
Specifications:
Designed for the KBGV Moccamaster model, but likely works for all of the K-range (pending customer feedback)
The bracket is made in Mexico, the Hario dripper is made in Japan, the cork ring and carafe are made in China

Removal of the current Moccamaster dripper requires a Torx screw driver and a few minutes of your time
