Lots of development in the Moccamaster mod space this month! New samples are here: a glass carafe and a cork ring for the Hario v60 — all made possible by the “semi-manual” bracket (which is selling like crazy right now).

A powder-coated steel bracket for modifying a Technivorm Moccamaster to hold a pour-over dripper.
The “Semi-Manual Bracket” is an upgrade for the Technivorm Moccamaster that allows you to eliminate the brewing plastic. The performance will match that of the stock dripper—it will make delicious coffee—but without lingering coffee oils or risk of microplastics. The system also gives you more control over the brewing process by making it easy to rotate the dripper or stir the slurry for more even saturation. Read more about the complete system here.

Designed for the KBGV Moccamaster model, fits the KGBT/KBT (Thermal) as well.
Fits many drippers, but we recommend the Hario v60 size 03 to brew the Moccamasters’ max capacity of 1.25 L. The dripper and cork adapter are available here.

The Bracket (in stock and available by itself here) - a powder-coated bent steel bracket that allows you to use a wide array of pour-over drippers.
The Dripper Stack - Everything you need to eliminate the plastic dripper and still brew a full 1.25 L of coffee. The bracket, a size 03 glass Hario v60, a custom cork adapter and 100 Hario paper filters.
The Carafe - A custom-designed borosilicate glass pitcher with a cork lid that will eliminate the stock plastic funnel and handle, while offering a more sophisticated aesthetic. The carafe also works with our accessories for the Slow System.
